First time ever to take progress pics – not edited at all My holiday package is 4kg/8lbs extra, height 169cm/5'6 __ Each body is different and we all carry the weight in a different way! I am not happy that I've put on so much weight in such a short time but what can I do. From Monday I was back on training 5 times a week, lots of cardio and eating clean __ In case you are the type of person who puts on weight extremely quick, you are not alone, we are in the same boat 😝 never give up! Ups and down but we keep going 💪🏻
This is for everyone who believes that once you reach a number on the scale you are the happiest in the world❗️❗️❗️ IT'S NOT TRUE. It's all a mental process. I feel 10 times better now even though I am heavier compared to these pics. I am looking after my body and do my best to keep it healthy. I am stronger, more confident, I am aware of the things I can achieve. Maybe someone else would say 'you looked perfect back then', but I know in my heart that mentally I am in a much better place and that reflects in everything I do 😁 Happy Friday!!
I can finally walk 5 miles without getting tired, I can go up the stairs without being out of breath, I can tie my laces with ease, I can run more than 10 minutes🙏🏻 and I feel stronger than ever before. These are normal for other people, but I am sure so many others understand how much it means. The change I've made is for my health. It's the first time when I'm actually doing something for myself, when I invest in me. I started working out and eating healthy in 2014. I realised I have to stop blaming others and take control of my life. I am the only one responsible for my body. It was not family's fault nor society for the fact that I got to that point. __ Don't forgot to send me your transformation pics. From last week on every Tuesday I'll post 10 transf pictures in my stories. Let's help each other 🙏🏻
